Nicole graduated from Dalhousie University School of Occupational Therapy in 2020 and moved to Grande Prairie, Alberta shortly after. Nicole has primarily worked in Acute Care services but has now transitioned and shares her time between Eat Sleep and Grow and Rehabilitation Oncology. Nicole has volunteered with programs such as Kinderskills, Swimming with a mission, and the Sensory Motor Instructional Leadership Experience program. Nicole is looking forward to using a holistic approach to collaborate with families and support them through their journey."
"I am from a small agricultural town in northern Alberta. I speak both French and English.
graduated from Grant MacEwan University from the occupation and physical therapy
assistant program, with a diploma in such area I tend to work mostly with physical
therapist and occupational therapist. Soon after graduation I moved to grande prairie
Alberta and started working as An acute care Occupation therapy assistant in GPRH.
I have experience in the geriatric to pediatric population throughout acute care on the
surgical and medical units at the GPRH. I found a true passion for paediatrics when
working in the school systems in Edmonton and the head shape clinics in grande
prairie."
